Essay on Sports – Sports are important for every human being. Sports are a good physical activity that provides relief from stress and anxiety. Sports help in character building because today there are good opportunities and professional careers for sportspeople. Sport gives us energy and strength. It keeps us fresh and fit.
Types of Sports
There are two types of sports indoor and outdoor. Indoor games develop our mind and outdoor games develop our body and keep us healthy. The names of outdoor games are football, hockey, cricket, tennis, etc. which require a field to play. The name of indoor games is carrom, card, chess, etc which are played at home.
Outdoor Games
Cricket
The cricket game is famous in India. All Indians are like this game. Cricket is a game played on a field in which 2 teams participate. 11- 11 players play in both teams. In this game one team bats and the other team bowls.
