Essay on Rajendra Prasad – The idol of truth and simplicity Dr. Rajendra Prasad was a Bharat Ratna in the true sense. His body, mind, and wealth are dedicated to all public life.
Dr. Rajendra Prasad was born on 3 December 1884 AD in Jiradei, a small village in the Siwan district of Bihar. His father’s name was Mahadev Sahay and his mother’s name was Kamleshwari Devi. His father was a man of a saintly nature.
Dr. Rajendra Prasad started his initial education at home, formal education at Chapra School Hathua Eden School and TK Ghosh Academy in Patna. In those days, students from Bihar, Bengal, Odisha, and Assam had only one university, which came first in the matriculation examination. The University of Calcutta. After matriculation, he was educated in Kolkata and started practicing law from there. When the High Court was held in Patna, he moved to Patna.
Rajendra Babu’s advocacy went on that Gandhiji came to Champaran and met Rajendra Babu and Rajendra Babu became his supreme devotee.
